When we collect for certain Personal Data from users it’s because we are required by law to collect this information or it is relevant for specified purposes.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

• Information we collect when authenticating user identity
• corresponding with us by e-mail
• Trade history
To comply with global industry regulatory standards including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know-Your-Customer (KYC), and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF), Youseeme requires user accounts to undergo user identity authentication for a Personal account. This entails collecting formal identification.
The Personal Data most often collected and maintained in a customer file includes customer identification, transaction history including records of payments made.
ACCESSING TO OUR BARTWALLET SERVICES.
WHY COLLECT THESE INFORMATION.
We use your personal data collected to provide you our services and verify user identity. Given our legal obligations and system requirements, we cannot provide you with services without data like identification, contact information, and transaction-related information.
• Contact information, such as name, home address, and email address
• Account information, such as username, password, account settings and preferences
• Financial information, such as bank account numbers, bank statement, and trading information
• Identity verification information, such as images of your government issued ID, passport, national ID card, or driving license.
• Residence verification information, such as utility bill details or similar information
All these information collected is to protect our platform, users’ accounts and archives, against automated abuse such as spam, phishing and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. We analyze trading activity with the goal of detecting suspicious behavior early to prevent potential fraud and loss of funds to bad actors.
HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE USED.
We collect and use your personal data for different reasons. Our first purpose is to provide you with a secure and efficient experience on the Bartwallet app and we use to operate, deliver and improve our services and for loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes. We may use your Personal Data information:
To maintain legal and regulatory compliance, some of our services are subject to laws and regulations requiring us to collect and use your personal identification, formal identification, financial information, transaction information, online identifiers, and/or usage data in certain ways. We must identify and verify our client using our Services in order to comply with anti-money laundering and terrorist financing laws across jurisdictions. In addition, we use third parties to verify your identity by comparing the Personal Data you provided against third-party databases and public records.
When you exceed a certain amounts of money for loading and/or withdrawal Native currency (FIAT) associated with your Bartwallet Account, we may require you to provide additional information which we may use in collaboration with service providers acting on our behalf to verify your identity or address, and/or to manage risk as required under applicable law. The consequences of not processing your Personal Data for such purposes is the termination of your account as we cannot perform the Services in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Youseeme handles very sensitive information, such as your identification and financial data, so it is very important for us and our customers that we are actively monitoring, investigating, preventing and mitigating any potentially prohibited or illegal activities, enforcing our agreements with third parties, and/or violations of our posted user agreement or agreement for other Services.
PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
Youseeme is committed to protecting your privacy and has implemented a number of security measures to ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered. We have in place procedures to deal with any actual or suspected data breach, our data security measures include, but are not limited to PCI Scanning, Secured Sockets Layered encryption technology and internal data access restrictions e.g: staff with a business need to know Personal Data, or whose duties reasonably require access to it, are granted access to client Personal Data. They will only process your Personal Data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Full credit card data is securely transferred and hosted off-site by a payment vendor in compliance Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). This information is not accessible to Youseeme and/or Youseeme staff.
However, it is impossible to guarantee 100% secure transmission of data over the Internet nor method of electronic storage. As such, we request that you understand the responsibility to independently take safety precautions to protect your own Personal Data and to immediately notify us if you suspect of any unauthorized access your account and your Personal Data has been compromised.
RIGHTS ON YOUR PERSONAL DATA.
You have rights concerning your Personal Data, you are entitled to review, correct, amend or delete your Personal Data where it is inaccurate. You may do this at any time by logging in to your Bartwallet app.
If you close your Bartwallet account in our database it will mark as closed but will keep your account information. It will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties except as necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing their account and opening a new account.
Right of access to and rectification of your Personal Data.
You have a right to request that we provide you a copy of your Personal Data held by Youseeme. You may also request us to rectify or update any of your Personal Data held by Youseeme that is inaccurate by writing to us on the Bartwallet app.
Right to delete.
You have the right to request to delete of your Personal Data that: is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed following the closure of your Bartwallet account or was collected in relation to processing activities to which you object, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for our processing.
